I built Lost Art Music Fest from the ground up—defining its mission, strategy, and growth plan to create a destination experience centered on authentic artist-fan connection.
Strategy - target underserved Americana fans 45–65 w/ a focused concept...a landlocked concert cruise near a metropolitan center.
Ship cabins -> lakeside villas
Ocean setting -> 11K acres outside Atlanta
Excursions -> Artist/fan experiences

Challenge - launch post-Covid with safety needs and a premium model for an underserved niche, quality experience-seeking demo.
Led a 100-person team to bring ATL's first post-Covid festival for thousands of fans. The event delivered both catharsis and community.
Results - first post-Covid fest in ATL, 95% 4-star+ ratings, $100K+ sponsorships by year two. Concept evolved into Lost Art Presents.
