Here, I bridged live music, wine, hospitality, and private event sales into one fan experience across 4 markets—ATL, BOS, PHI, and DC—each w/ its own personality.
Challenge – maintain consistent brand voice while adapting to separate regional markets. Branding needed structure w/ room for local identity.
Built loyalty structure + content roadmap to deliver 23% LTV lift and 31% retention growth. Content strategy connected fans/brand between visits, not just at purchase.

Spearheaded data-first, marketing initiatives nationally, ROI of $26 in ticket sales for every $1 spent. Launched livestreams, attracting 25K fans in 6 months.
