The agency was tapped to lead the Fox's largest PR & marketing effort in a decade—the 40th anniversary of Save the Fox, the grassroots movement that preserved Atlanta’s crown jewel.
Objective - thank the city that saved the theater while connecting with a younger generation through storytelling, education, and shared pride.
Strategy - Package a yearlong campaign that blended affinity, education, and celebration, anchored by monthly tentpole focuses to sustain coverage and engagement.


Monthly themes—from community and restoration to education and impact—created a consistent rhythm for earned media and partner amplification.
Press conference w/ the mayor + Jeff Foxworthy, Lynyrd Skynyrd’s return show (40 years after their benefit show), the Fox in the Box education partnership, and a 25K-strong block party.
Coverage spanned nationwide, driving 118M impressions, $1.27M in earned media, and 10 industry awards, including PR Campaign of the Year from the Event & Venue Marketing Conference.
My proudest moment— the Fox Theatre on the front page of the AJC - above the fold - with our campaign name front and center. The Legend Lives On indeed.
